Contract Position

Do you ever wish you had a smaller caseload? More time to really make a difference for your clients? Want to work within a Strengths based service?

If you do then there is an opportunity to work within the Northcott Intensive Family Support (NIFS) service. NIFS is a flexible, intensive, time-limited service for families who are experiencing a high level of stress whilst living with a child or young person (0-17) with a disability. Feedback from our clients and referees has highlighted the many positive outcomes for families who who have received NIFS services.

We offer you:
• Maximum caseload of three client families
• Professional clinical supervision
• The option to work in a part-time or full-time capacity
• Small supportive team of caseworkers

You offer us:
• Flexibility
• Availability for after hours phone support
• Experience with family support and/or disability work
