Northcott currently has just over 400 staff working across NSW & the ACT. No two of these four hundred staff are the same. An employee will never just be a number to us. In Northcott we try to recognise people's uniqueness and to value the contribution they can make as an individual to our work.

We have staff who work directly with people with disabilities in all sorts of roles and we also have a broad range of supporting jobs, lots of people who work behind the scenes.
